BREAKFAST – From 6:00 am to 10:00 am every day.
Start your day with our large breakfast buffet!
The breakfast room is located on the 2nd floor and offers also a beautiful view of the former Airport-Tempelhof.
Add your breakfast at any time directly at the reception.
Parking:
In the car parking lot by the hotel offer we free parking for our hotel guests. You will get the parking ticket for your car at the reception.
Hotel-Bar:
Spend a “hygellige time” in our Bar with cool music and a cozy atmosphere!
A coffee in the morning or cool Lemonade at noon, a draft beer or a cocktail with cool music in the evening, welcome in our “Hygge-Bar“.

Children & Baby Beds:
One Child until 8 years sleeps in the bed of the parents free of charge without further bedding.
A baby bed -for children up to 3 years- will be provided upon request for an additional fee.
Hypo-Allergenic bedding / additional bedding:
Will be provided upon request.
Dogs:
Small dogs are welcome in our house. We charge an additional cleaning fee, please note that it is only one dog per room allowed.
Luggage Service:
Will be provided upon request.
Umbrellas:
Can be borrowed at reception against a deposit.
Shoe polishing utensils:
Can be borrowed at the reception.
International socket adapter:
Can be borrowed at reception against a deposit.
Wake Up Call:
Please let us know when you want to wake up and we will gladly wake you up on time with a friendly “Good Morning”.
Housekeeping:
Our housekeeping is every day until 12:00 p.m. at your service.
Room cleaning is only available upon request. To request cleaning, please hang the green “PLEASE MAKE UP ROOM” sign on your door by 10:30 a.m.
TV & Radio Program:
The channel list can be found over the TV. Push the button “CH.List” or “OK” on your remote control and the channel list will appear.
Non-smoking Hotel:
Please be aware of the smoking ban in all the public areas, the rooms and the emergency exits.
The smoking out of the window in your room is also not allowed. By a violation of the smoking ban we will charge an additional cleaning fee of 250,00 EUR.
Iron:
If you need an iron and board, please contact reception.
Drugstore:
Something forgotten? Various drugstore items are available in the lobby area: e.g. razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel etc.
Sewing utensils:
Available free of charge at reception.
Shower stool:
Are available free of charge on request.
Internet / WI-FI:
High-speed WiFi is available in the whole hotel.
EVACUATION
In case of an emergency, please stay calm and follow the instructions of the staff and go directly to the meeting point opposite the main entrance.

At the reception, will you find maps of the City.

The ticket for tourists for numerous museums, city tours -whether it be on land or water- as well as sights can be purchased at the reception.
